2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S

There is no better time than now to be a fan of things that are wildly fast and ridiculously high powered. Case in point: the 992-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S. This is a car that, from the factory, is capable of sprinting from a standstill to 60 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds. Flat out, it will hit 150 miles per hour in 12.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of 205 miles per hour. To say that the Turbo S is a rocketship would be an understatement. Disregarding the fortunate individuals with easy access to the Autobahn - for most of us, the 992 Turbo S is a car that could be purchased from our local Porsche dealership, driven off the lot, and with a heavy foot, land the driver in county jail within 15 seconds of ownership.

The powerhouse responsible for this face-melting performance is a 3.7-liter, twin-turbocharged flat-six that produces 640 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Mated to an 8-speed, dual-clutch automatic gearbox and a sophisticated all-wheel drive system, the Turbo S requires no fuss, drama, or professional driver input to be driven fast. Simply hop in, turn the key, and mash the gas pedal. And if you find yourself traveling at a higher rate of speed than you’re comfortable with, the standard issue 16.5-inch carbon-ceramic rotors and 10-piston front brake calipers will help bring you back down to Earth.

A very well specified example with an original MSRP of $235,330.00, this 992 has been optioned with the Porsche Active Suspension Management System (PASM), a Sport Exhaust System, a front axle lift system, LED-Matrix Design Headlights in Black including the Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+), Lane Change Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Surround View parking cameras. Inside the cabin, Ventilated 18-way Adjustable Sport Seats are upholstered in Black Leather, which extends to the optional Heated Steering Wheel, the dashboard, the center console, the steering column casing, and the door panels. Brushed aluminum trim accents the cabin, and can be seen on the PDK gear selector, as well as the door sill guards. The center console lid has been adorned with the Porsche Crest, and the central tachometer is finished in White. An optional Burmester High End Surround Sound System has also been fitted, and speakers can be seen throughout the cabin.

This 992 Turbo S has been modified from stock by the current owner. Modifications include a Kline Exhaust System and a ByDesign custom tune, as well as HRE wheels measuring 21 inches in the front and 22 inches in the rear. Pirelli P Zero tires are fitted in all four corners and wear 2019 date codes. A full body Paint Protection Film has also been installed.
