2024 Audi RS6 Performance

The 2024 Audi RS6 Avant Performance refines the formula of Audi’s high-performance wagon, delivering increased power, sharper dynamics, and a more engaging driving experience. This example, finished in Glacier White Metallic over a Black Leather interior with Mercato Blue stitching, has accumulated just 731 miles.  

Powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, the RS6 Performance produces 621 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque—an increase of 30 horsepower over the standard RS6. Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system, enabling a 0-60 mph time of 3.3 seconds. A revised center differential improves power distribution, while a sport-tuned adaptive air suspension and standard rear-wheel steering enhance handling and high-speed stability.  

The RS6 Performance rides on 22-inch lightweight wheels, contributing to a 20-kilogram reduction in unsprung mass. Larger turbochargers and increased boost pressure improve throttle response, while an optional carbon-ceramic braking system provides increased stopping power and reduces overall weight by an additional 34 kilograms.  

The interior combines functionality with a driver-focused layout. Audi’s Virtual Cockpit displays RS-specific performance metrics, while the dual-screen MMI Touch Response system integrates navigation, media, and climate controls. The Black Leather upholstery is accented with Mercato Blue stitching, and the RS Design Package introduces additional Alcantara and carbon-fiber elements throughout the cabin. A Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system and an array of driver assistance features, including adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree camera system, provide additional refinement and convenience.  

With a curb weight of approximately 4,750 pounds, the RS6 Performance maintains a balance between high-speed capability and daily usability. Cargo capacity remains at 30 cubic feet with the rear seats up, expanding to 59 cubic feet when folded. Fuel economy is EPA-rated at 14 mpg city and 22 mpg highway.
